You might notice any tension in your hands and the possible relationship to your self talk. Of course you can always hear my voice and take from it any resources you desire. Your mind is thinking and your body is being as it was meant to be. Energy of various types flow through our lives, as does a river of possessions over the years. Many, many tangible items flow through our lives. All of them have special, individual meanings though none of them mean anything other than what they mean to us. Each item made you experience, each item made you learn. You learned this was beautiful; you learned that was magic. You learned better from worse, happier from sadder, stronger from weaker, healthier; healthiest, hapiest, strongest. We can't help learning these things, there's no way not to accumulate these learnings in the course of a lifetime, and this is something we should be thankful for, something we need to be attuned to. Health is a learning. Well being is a learning. Don't overlook the value of what you already know about unconscious healing, and similarly, don't dwell too much on whether or not you will ever know it all with your conscious mind. And how could you ever be conscious of unconscious healing? I'm here with you as a conscious and an unconscious being so we can better know the healing of the unconscious by the process of unconscious healing. And, of course, here, now, the only unconscious that counts is _your(you're) unconscious_. Wouldn't you love that _here(hear) now_? Do you have a sense of what it could mean for you? Have you ever healed before? You can heal unsoncsiously, just as you know that it's possible to let the positive forces within you work freely of their own accord. Now don't quite yet give over to your unconscious; not until the time is just right for balancing the conscious and your unconscious. Time's like this it's easy to ask how would you know that you were cooperating with your unconscious healing or to wonder what level of conscious participation do you expect. It's probably time to _decide to heal ~unconsciously~_. It might even be time to _forget what needs forgetting ~unconsciously~_, so don't even think about what goes on in your unconscious, don't poke your nose into the places it should let alone, because your nose knows yesses and your nose knows noes, although part of you knows how strange it is to speak of how a nose knows noes, you know it does, and I know you know it. I can tell you know things you've forgotten you know. And you know I will side with the part of you that knows what you don't know you know; you know I have nothing in mind for you but learning to trust your unconscious, because learning to trust your unconscious makes your conscious better able to do its job; giving to your unconscious the things that are its frees your conscious to do what is its to do. Dividing things healthily between conscous and unconscious is a healing of its own; just as breath, divided by inhale and exhale is a road to inner peace.
